摘　　要：外科手术是目前治愈结直肠癌肝转移的最佳方法,但有些方面仍存在争议,如术前新辅助治疗的选择、肝转移灶不可切除的原发灶处理、直肠癌伴肝转移的处理、微创治疗的选择以及肝外转移灶的处理等,这些争议的焦点是使更多结直肠癌肝转移病人获得治愈希望。Surgery is the best treatment for liver metastases of colorectal cancer, but there are some controversy, such as： neoadjuvant chemotherapy for resectable cases, treatment of colorecal cancer for unresectale liver metastases cases, liver metastases of rectal cancer, microinvasive surgery and extra-hepatic metastases. The focus of the controversy is the hope that more liver metastases of colorectal cancer can be cured.
