摘 要:以乙醇-水系统为研究物系,通过计算机稳态模拟计算,研究进料组成、进料温度对两种液相进汽提塔双效精馏节能率的影响。研究结果表明:进料中轻组分摩尔分率由0.2增加到0.6时,双效精馏Ⅰ的节能率呈递增变化趋势,而双效精馏Ⅱ的节能率呈递减变化趋势;而进料温度在25℃~79.85℃范围内变化时,双效精馏Ⅰ和双效精馏Ⅱ的节能率均有较小的变化但不论在相同的进料温度下还是在相同的进料组成下,双效精馏Ⅱ的节能效果均优于双效精馏Ⅰ。The effects of the feed composition and the feed temperature on the energy-saving efficiency of two-effect distillation with liquid feed to stripper were researched in ethanol-water system by process simulation. Research results shown that when the feed composition of ethanol is 0.2 to 0.6( mol fraction), the energy-saving efficiency of the double-effect distillation I was in increasing trend, and the double-effect distillation lIwas in decreasing trend. While the feed temperature was 25-79.85℃, the energy-saving efficiency of the double-effect distillation I and the double-effect distillation Ⅱ was varied slightly. But no matter in the same feed temperature or in the same feed composition, double-effect distillation Ⅱ energy-saving efficiency was better.
