构建西部现代产业体系的对策建议

摘　　要：西部地区传统产业比重过大,产业结构不合理,经济效益低下,已成为制约西部经济社会发展的重要问题。作为推动经济发展方式转变及产业结构优化升级的重要手段,构建现代产业体系不仅是关系国民经济全局的重大战略举措,也是关系到深入实施西部大开发战略,尤其是西部地区跨越发展急需完成的重大任务。本文在分析西部构建现代产业体系面临的问题及制约因素的基础上,针对性地提出了构建西部现代产业体系的对策建议。Tbe high propportion of the traditional industry and irrational industrial structure have been a huge obstacle to the eco- nomic and social development of the western area. As an important approach to shift the economic development mode and optimize the indutry structure, constructing the modern industry system is not only a stragetic measure related to the national economy as a whole, but also a critical task to push forward the western development, in particular, the great-leap-forward development of the western area. Based on the illustrating the essence and main features of the modern industry system, this paper has analyzed the problems and barriers that the western area is going to face. At last it has proposed the suggestions correspondanfly.
