摘　　要：目的了解我市中老年居民血脂水平,为心血管病的防治和控制工作提供参考。方法选择2010年5月至2011年5月期间在江门市疾控体检中心进行健康体检的7 988名中老年体检者,进行血脂检测资料分析。检测血甘油三酯(TG)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、血脂总胆固醇(TC),并按不同年龄组和不同性别组进行对比分析总结。结果本组发现血脂异常者2 805名,检出率为35.12%,其中血脂四项水平异常的检出率由高到低分别为高TG、高TC、低HDL-C和高LDL-C。血清TG、LDL-C、TC随着年龄增长呈逐步上升趋势。结论我市健康体检人群的血脂异常检出率高,应重视和加强健康教育指导,开展对健康人群定期的体检,预防心脑血管病的发生,提高人们的生活水平。Objective To study on blood Lipid Test on middle and old population in Jiangmen.Methods The blood samples were collected from May 2010 to May 2011 in Jiangmen city.It included 7 988 subjects aged 40~93 years,these subjects were analyzed for total cholesterol,serum triglyceride,low density liprotein—cholesterol,high density liprotein—cholesterol.Results A total of 2 805 cases of abnormal blood lipids were found,detection rate was 35.12%.The detection rate of four blood lipid levels from high to low was high TG,high TC,low HDL-C and high LDL-C.Serum TG,LDL-C,TC was gradually increased with age trend.Conclusion There is high rate of dyslipidemia detection in Jiangmen,and hence health education should be emphasized and strengthened,and physical examination of healthy people should carry out regularly to prevent the occurrence of cardiovascular disease and improve people＇s living standards.
