摘 要:采用缺氧动态膜生物反应器(Anoxic-DMBR)处理淡水和海水养殖废水。结果表明:缺氧动态膜生物反应器对淡水养殖废水和海水养殖废水的CODMn去除率分别为89.5%和75.5%;出水总氮浓度分别为1.42 mg/L和3.50 mg/L,污泥浓度分别为3850 mg/L和3550 mg/L。由于盐度对反硝化菌的酶产生一定的抑制作用,在海水条件下反硝化效率降低了16%。淡水和海水养殖废水的NO3--N的降解速率常数分别为5.02×10-4 h-1和4.48×10-4 h-1,海水反硝化过程的反应速率低于淡水条件。An anoxic dynamic membrane bioreactor(Anoxic-DMBR) was used to treat aquaculture/mariculture wastewater.The results showed that the CODMn removal rates by A-DMBR for treating aquaculture and mariculture wastewater were 89.5% and 75.5%.The TN concentrations of effluent were about 1.42 mg/L and 3.50 mg/L.And the sludge concentrations were 3850mg/L and 3550 mg/L respectively.Because of the inhibition effect of salt on denitrification enzyme,the denitrification efficiency decreased by 16%.The constants of NO3--N reduction rate were 5.02×10-4 h-1 and 4.48×10-4 h-1 in freshwater and seawater respectively.The reaction rate of the denitrification process in seawater was lower than that in freshwater.
