摘 要:以SnCl2和SbCl3为氧化剂、Zn粉为还原剂合成金属间化合物SbSn粉体并烧结制成过滤膜,借助DSC、SEM和粒径分析仪对粉体和膜进行表征。采用死端过滤对O/W汽油乳液脱硫,考察了操作压力对膜通量、过滤时间和加载电压对膜通量和汽油乳液脱硫率的影响。结果表明,当n(SbCl3)/n(SnCl2)=1.15时,合成的粉体几乎为纯相SbSn合金。在操作压力0.15MPa、温度25℃、膜孔1.3μm时,膜的稳定通量达到381L/(m2.h)。当过滤时间延长至13h后,汽油乳液脱硫率维持在22.8%左右,但膜通量却出现略微下降。当加载电压5V、过滤13h后,脱硫率达到36%,膜通量增加至426L/(m2.h)。受电场作用,膜材组成元素发生电子转移,形成空缺位,与亲核的硫化物发生化学吸附,影响汽油乳液脱硫率。SbSn intermetallic compound powder was synthesized with SbCl3 and SnCl2 as oxidant,Zn powder as reducer,glycerin as solvent,and further sintered to prepare filtration membrane.The process of desulfurization for O/W gasoline emulsion was carried out by dead end filtration.The effects of reaction conditions on membrane flux and desulfurization rate of gasoline emulsion were investigated,such as operating pressure,filtration time and loading voltage.The results showed that when the mole ratio of SbCl3 to SnCl2 was 1.15,the prepared powder was almost pure SbSn alloy.Under operating pressure 0.15 MPa,temperature 25℃,pore size of membrane 1.3 μm,membrane flux reached 381 L/(m2·h).After filtration time was over 13 h,the desulfurization rate maintained at 22.8% whereas membrane flux declined appreciably.The desulfurization rate was 36% and membrane flux was 426 L/(m2·h) under the conditions of loading voltage 5 V and filtration time 13 h.Due to the current induction,the cavities were formed through electron transfer of membrane composite.It was hypothesized there was chemisorption between nucleophilic sulfide in emulsion and cavities,so desulfurization rate of the gasoline emulsion will be affected.
