摘  要:提出了一种基于多层次模糊综合评价模型的短路电流限制措施优化配置方法。首先基于层次分析法建立限流措施方案评估的递阶层次结构关系图和多层次模糊综合评价模型;然后构建判断矩阵确定各层次间的权重;最后,引入模糊行为指标和隶属度函数综合考虑电网的短路电流水平、静态安全性、暂态稳定性和运行经济性。通过多层次模糊综合评价对各限流方案进行系统、全面、定量的决策。以京津唐电网为例进行了仿真计算,验证了该方法的可行性和实用性。A method to optimally configure short-circuit current limitation measures based on multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model is proposed. Firstly based on analytical hierarchy process, a hierarchical structural diagram to evaluate short-circuit current limitation measures and a multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model are built; then a judging matrix is constructed to determine the weights of different levels; finally, fuzzy behavoir indices and membership function are led in to comprehensivly consider the short-circuit current levels, static security, transient stability and operational economy of power system, and by means of multilevel fuzzy comprehensive evaluation a systemical, overall and quantitative decision-making for various short-circuit current limitation schemes is conducted. Taking Beijing-Tianjin-Tangshan power grid for example, the feasibility and practicality of the proposed method are verified by simulation results.
