摘　　要：为了能够监管出租车违法计价问题,维持出租车行业正常的营运秩序,自行研制了一种计价管理系统。它由综合管理系统、固定查询系统和车载采集系统三部分组成,采用短距离无线通信与GPRS无线通信两级数据传输的方式,详细介绍了短距离通信方案的收发装置的硬软件设计方法。试验结果表明,该装置能完成车载采集系统与固定查询系统间数据的可靠传输,具有体积小、性价比高、安装拆卸方便等优点,有较强的实用性和可操作性,满足计价管理的需要。In order to monitor the illegal taxi pricing and maintain the normal operation of the taxi industry, a taxi pricing management system is developed, which is composed by integrated management system, fixed query system and vehicle acquisition system, and whose data are transmitted through short-range wireless communications and GPRS wireless communications. The software and hardware design of the transceiver device for short-range communications are described in detail. The experiment results show that the short-range wireless transceiver can meet the needs for data transmission between fixed query system and vehicle acquisition system. It is small, cost-effective, easy for installation and removal, which is practical and feasible, and can meets the needs for the new taxi pricing management system.
