摘 要:[目的]筛选出26%甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐-HTlc杂化物水分散粒剂的最佳配方。[方法]通过对润湿剂、分散剂、崩解剂、黏结剂等助剂的筛选,采用正交试验设计的方法确定了最佳配方。[结果]甲氨基阿维菌素苯甲酸盐-HTlc杂化物78%,润湿剂SDS+RS为6%,分散剂Morwet D425为5%,崩解剂尿素为10%,黏结剂蔗糖为1%。[结论]制剂悬浮率90%以上,崩解时间小于180 s,热贮[(54±2)℃,14 d]分解率小于5%,产品各项指标符合水分散粒剂的要求。[Aims] The preparation method of the water dispersible granules of emamectin benzoate-HTlc 26% was introduced. [Methods] The suitable wetting agent, dispersant, disintegrant and binder were selected, the optimum formula was determined using the orthogonal test design. [Results] The new formulation included emamectin benzoate-HTlc, wetting agent SDS+RS, dispersant Morwet D425, disintegrant urea, binder saccharose in mixture with mass fractions were 78, 6, 5, 10 and 1%. [Conclusions] The experimental results showed that the suspension rate of products was over 90%, the dispersion time was less than 180 seconds and the decomposition rate of its active ingredient was less than 5% at (54±2)℃ with 14 days, which conformed to the requirements of the formulation.
