摘  要:【目的】为了研究萘乙酸钠在大豆上的残留消解动态情况,建立了大豆和土壤中萘乙酸钠的液相色谱检测方法。【方法】采用乙腈和水混合溶剂提取,液液分配净化后采用液相色谱测定。【结果】萘乙酸钠在其线性范围内,线性关系良好,在0.01、0.10mg/kg两个质量分数水平进行了添加回收率试验,回收率80.5%-103.4%,相对标准偏差3.7%-9.8%。【结论】该方法操作简便,净化效果好,灵敏度、准确度和精密度均符合农药残留检测技术的要求。[Aims] To study the sodium naphthalene acetate residue degradation dynamics in soybean, a method for detecting its residues in soybean and soil by LC was established. [Mothods] Mixture of acetonitrile and water was used as extracting solution, and LC determination took place after samples had been purified by liquid- liquid extraction. [Results] Good linear relativity was found in the linear detection range of target pesticide. The 0.01 and 0.10 mg/kg standard concentrations of sodium naphthalene acetate were added to study the recovery of method, and recoveries of 80.5 and 103.4% were calculated with relative standard deviation of 3.7 and 9.8%, respectively. [Conclusions] The method with sensitivity, accuracy and precision established in this study conformed to the requests of general pesticides residues detection technologies.
