摘　　要：桂林是目前我国惟一以城市为单位在国家层面意义上进行旅游综合改革的试验区。试验区的改革试验,不仅关系到桂林和广西旅游的可持续发展,其成功经验必将为全国许多相关城市的旅游发展提供有益的借鉴。因此,明确试验区建设的总目标、主要任务和发展方向,是居于首要地位的极其重要的问题。Guilin is, currently only at the national level, in cities in China on the significance of experimental zone of comprehen- sive reform of tourism. Reform of the experimental zone, is not only related to the sustainable development of Guangxi and Guilin tourism, but also is bound to tourism development in many cities across the country. Its successful experience will provide a useful model. Therefore, the general objective, the main task of the clear zone construction and development, are the primacy of the extremely important issue.
