摘　　要：利益平衡机制在图书馆共建共享中具有利益动力源泉、利益分配尺度、利益协调依据、利益保障依据等作用,因此,必须以项目立项的形式构建图书馆共建共享利益动力机制,以股份合作的形式构建图书馆共建共享利益分配机制,以市场经济的形式构建图书馆共建共享利益协调机制,以政府主导的形式构建图书馆共建共享利益保障机制。The mechanism of interests equilibrium the application of joint construction and share among libraries plays an important role in providing the interest dynamic resources, the principles of interest distribution, the basis of interest coordination and interest guarantee, etc.. Therefore, the mechanism of interest dynamic resources should be established by the approvals given by the competent authorities, the principles of interest distribution by joint-stock system, interest coordination by the form of market-driven economy and interest guarantee by the form of taking the government as a leading factor.
