摘　　要：排球后备人才建设是我国排球运动成绩延续的保障,现阶段我国排球后备力量培养的主体是25所高水平后备人才基地,从调研的情况来看,存在教练员梯队建设不合理、队伍一定程度的老化、教练员学历水平与知识结构不相符等问题。同时发现,女子后备力量要好于男子。各支队伍每年比赛的场次较少,难以达到锻炼青少年运动员的目的。The construction of reserve has been regarded as an element to push on the momentum of Chinese volley ball march. It was found in research that 25 reserve schools constitute the mainstay of the China volleyball reserves system. It is found after the investigation that there is an unreasonable concerning the construction of coaches team which were plagued by the aging and irrational grouping problems. It is also found that womeng reserve are better constituted than men＇ s and the aim to test the strength of young players is poorly operated owing to the lack of practical matches.
