摘　　要：面向区域的光电子技术人才培养模式的构建首先应立足于明确的培养目标，设计科学的课程结构，加强实践教学环节，并应从建设教育和实践基地、建立“双师型”素质的特色教师队伍、密切与地方企业的联系等几个方面来创造、完善其运行条件．The construction of the education model for the optoelectronic technological talents is based upon clear training aim, scientific course structure and practical teaching model. For creating and perfecting its operating conditions, we should build bases for education and practice, cultivate double - quality teaching staff and keep in close contact with the local enterprises.
