摘 要:采用高效生物滴滤塔对H2S和苯混合气体进行长期实验研究,考察了进气浓度、喷淋量和冲击负荷对去除率的影响。实验结果表明:H2S进气浓度低于213 mg/m3时,H2S去除率在92.6%以上;苯进气浓度低于34 mg/m3时,苯去除率大于37%。苯气体浓度低于38.4 mg/m3时,苯对H2 S的去除效果影响较小。喷淋量为6.7~12 L/h时,H2 S和苯混合恶臭气体的去除率较高。研究表明,该生物滴滤塔具有较强的耐冲击负荷能力,操作简单,易于实现工业化。A bench-scale removal experiment of mixed gas containing hydrogen sulfide and benzene is carried out by using biotrickling filter.The effect of inlet concentration,spray water amount and shock loading on the removal efficiency are investigated.The results show that removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide is higher than 92.6% when its inlet concentration is lower than 213 mg/m3.The removal efficiency of benzene is higher than 37% when its inlet concentration is lower than 34 mg/m3.Removal efficiency of hydrogen sulfide is not affected by benzene when the inlet concentration of benzene is lower than 38.4 mg/m3.The mixed gases have the higher removal efficiency when the spray water is 6.7~12 L/h.The results show that the biotrickling filter has strong ability to resist shock loading,being easily operated and realized.
