摘　　要：本文在对我国商业银行的演进和变革历史作出分析的基础上,总结归纳出我国商业银行的变革成长理论,并阐述其依据,同时基于演化的视角对变革推动进程进行了解释,以对新形势下我国商业银行的战略选择提供理论指导和依据。On the basis of analyzing the reform and evolution process of China＇s commercial bank,this paper proposes a theory of the reform and development of China＇s commercial bank,and further sets forth its academic roots.Meanwhile we explain the reform process of the commercial bank from the perspective of evolution.In general,this paper provides certain theoretical guidance and ground for our banking industry＇s strategy in the new contexts.
