摘 要:以分离自鳞翅目甜菜夜蛾[Spodoptera exigua(Hübner)]、斜纹夜蛾[Prodenia litura(Fabriciu)]和银纹夜蛾(Argyrogrammaagnate)罹病虫体的3个莱氏野村菌(Nomuraea rileyi)菌株NY-LE01、NY-PL02和NY-AA00为材料,研究了各菌株的生长速度、产孢量、萌发率、抗旱力及对甜菜夜蛾3龄幼虫的毒力。结果表明,菌株NY-LE01菌落生长速度、产孢量、培养24 h的孢子平均萌发率及抗旱能力明显高于NY-PL02和NY-AA00菌株。菌株NY-LE01、NY-PL02和NY-AA00对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的侵染致病毒力回归方程分别为Y=2.53+0.46X(r=0.936),Y=3.67+0.21X(r=0.942),Y=2.78+0.31X(r=0.892);各菌株对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的LC50(孢子/mL)分别为(2.342±0.132)×105、(2.154±0.215)×106和(1.450±0.21)×107孢子/mL。在1.26×105~1.26×108孢子/mL接种处理后,各菌株对甜菜夜蛾幼虫的LT50估计值范围分别为5.6~7.8、6.2~9.9和7.5~10.3 d。表明菌株NY-LE01对甜菜夜蛾具有较强的毒力,可作为甜菜夜蛾生防制剂开发的菌株。The colony growth rate,sporulation,germination in 24 h and drought-resistance of Nomuraea rileyi strains(NY-LE01,NY-PL02,NY-AA00) and their virulence against the larvae of Spodoptera exigua(Hübner)(Lepidoptera: Noctuidae) were evaluated under laboratory conditions. Three isolates were from Spodoptera exigua(Hübner),Prodenia litura(Fabriciu) and Argyrogramma agnata.And the growth rate,sporulation and germination in 24 h of the strain of NY-LE01 was significantly higher than that of NY-PL02 and NY-AA00.The virulence regression equation of the strain NY-LE01,NY-PL02 and NY-AA00 against the larvae of S.exigua was Y=2.53+0.46X(r=0.936),Y=3.67+0.21X(r=0.942),Y=2.78+0.31X(r=0.892),respectively.The LC50 value was(2.342±0.132)×105,(2.154±0.215)×106 and(1.450±0.21)×107conidia/mL,respectively. The estimated LT50 value was 5.6-7.8,6.2-9.9 and 7.5-10.3 d,respectively under the inoculation concentration of 1.26×105-1.26×108conidia/mL.All the results showed that the strain of NY-LE01 was more virulent against S.exigua and with a potentiality in biological control.
