摘 要:采用催化型微电解对垃圾渗滤液进行深度处理,研究表明,催化型微电解是垃圾渗滤液深度处理的一种有效方法,可去除垃圾渗滤液COD、NH 4+-N、色度和腐殖酸等污染物质,改善其可生化性、降低负荷,为后续生化处理创造良好的条件。通过静态实验确定废铁屑和焦炭最佳投加体积比为1∶3;铁炭和废水最佳投加体积比为1∶5;调酸最佳反应pH值为3.0;调氧化剂H2O2和COD的最佳质量比1.5∶1;调碱最佳反应pH值为7.5;微电解最佳反应时间为1.5 h;调氧化剂H2 O2后沉淀最佳反应时间为1.5 h;调碱后沉淀最佳反应时间为2.0 h。动态试验中COD和色度去除率分别高达85%和95%;BOD5/COD从0.03提高到0.35左右。The study showed that catalyzed micro-electrolysis was an effective method to treat landfill leachate further.Catalyzed micro-electrolysis could remove much of COD,NH+4-N,chroma and humic acid in the landfill leachate,improve biodegradable ability of the leachate,and decrease organic loading for creating good conditions of subsequent biochemical treatment.By orthogonal array experiments,it could be confirmed that the optimal volume ratio of iron slag and coke was 1∶3,the optimal volume ratio between iron slag plus coke and the wastewater was 1∶5,the optimum pH under the acid condition was 3.0,the optimum weight ratio of H2O2 and COD was 1.5∶1,the optimum pH under the alkaline condition was 7.5,the optimum reaction period of the micro-electrolysis was 1.5 h,the optimum depositing period after adding H2O2 was 1.5 h,the optimum depositing period after regulating the wastewater under the alkaline condition was 2.0 h.In continuous feed experiments,the removal rates of COD and chroma could reach 85 % and 95%,respectively and BOD5/COD could be increased from 0.03 to about 0.35.
