摘  要:根据相关文献,结合大量的实践经验,建立了高炉喷吹混煤评价模型。从影响煤的喷吹性能的诸多因素中筛选出适合定量分析的性能指标,建立喷吹性能评价指标标准体系,定义各指标相对隶属度的计算方法,采用层次分析法计算指标权重,运用多级模糊模式识别模型得到评价结果。运用该模型对某钢铁厂8种喷吹混煤评价,评价结果与生产实际基本相符。Blended coal injection assessment model was established by referring to relevant documents,combining with amounts of practical experience.Properties indicators suitable for the quantitative analysis were selected from many factors that influenced the injection properties.Assessment indicators standard system of properties was founded and the indicators relative optimum membership degrees were defined.Indicators' weight was calculated by analytic hierarchy process and by using multi-classification fuzzy pattern recognition model,the conclusions of the assessment came out.The model is applied to assess the injection properties of 8 different kinds of coal used in some iron mill.Assessment conclusions are in accordance with production practice by and large.
