摘　　要：描述了如何解决在多级防空系统中对空中目标信息分发的情况掌握和分发策略调整问题。通过对分发信息的监测和统计,可以了解目标信息分发情况;通过对接收信息的确认和比对,可以获得信息分发的成功率。根据分发成功率,系统可自动调整或人工干预调整分发策略,实现了在多级防空系统中对空中目标信息分发情况的掌握和分发控制。The issue of gaining access to the status of air target information distribution and that of adjusting distribution policy in a multi-level air defense system are described. By monitoring, collecting and analyzing the disturbed information, the status of information distribution can be known. By checking and comparing the received information, the success rate of information dis- tribution can be attained. Based on the success rate of information distribution, the distribution policy can be adjusted automatically by the system or manually by the operator. In this way, the status of the air target information distribution in a multi-level air defense system can be accessed and the information distribution can be managed.
