摘　　要：对基于LabV IEW的汽车轮速传感器检测台进行设计。检测台综合运用虚拟仪器技术、数据采集技术以及计算机自动化处理技术,对汽车轮速传感器的输出信号进行采集、仿真和处理,利用波形图判定汽车轮速传感器的质量问题所在,从而帮助汽车传感器企业及时发现产品质量问题,提高产品质量和检测效率,降低检测成本。Design the test-bed of auto wheel speed sensor based on LabVIEW.The test-bed is designed to collect,simulate,and process the vehicle wheel speed sensor output signal（period,amplitude） by integrated using of virtual instrumentation,data acquisition technology,and adaptive control technology,and to determine the quality of automotive sensor problem by the use of control chart.It＇s helpful to the automobile sensors company to discover quality problems on time,improve product quality,greatly improve the detection efficiency and reduce the testing cost.
