摘　　要：介绍了济钢320 m2烧结机提升作业率的措施与实践,依靠技术进步、工艺设备的改造及强化管理是提高作业率的主要措施。This paper introduces the practice of increasing operating rate,consumption of 320 m2 sinter plant of Jisteel.It is the main measure of increasing operation rate to enhance management and rebuild process equipment depending on technical advancement.
