摘　　要：介绍了马钢第四钢轧总厂所应用的板坯连铸机结晶器监控系统的组成结构、工作原理及L1和L2系统的联系;通过报警实例分析,得出结晶器监控系统在板坯连铸中的成功应用。This paper introduced the structure and principle of the slab caster mould monitoring system,relationship between level 1 system and level 2 system,and the function of breakout prediction.By analysis of the real prediction instance,clarify the application of the casting mould monitoring system in real production.
