摘 要:目的:寻求高寒缺氧环境对人体面色产生的影响,了解缺氧对人体脏腑功能的损伤程度。方法:通过用特定高寒条件下人体超强运动和装带缺氧装备制成高寒缺氧模型,用望诊法和面诊检察仪对缺氧模型和对照组进行系统观察。并与实验室及微循环检测相对照。结果:实验组远距离观察,面色红紫、暗紫出现为100%,近距离面色观察唇色出现红紫、暗红紫等变化为91%。对照组阳性率仅为14%,研究中还进行了面色、舌诊、脉诊三种中医诊法的观察比较,由于面色观察迅速性和易显性使其观察结果明显优于其它两种诊法30%以上。结论:缺氧对人体五脏六腑都有损害,而这种损害在诸多人体生物特征中,首先由面色表达出来,因此在高寒环境注意面色观察是发现人体缺氧的最佳方法,值得进一步研究。Objective:To look for the affect for facial color and luster in environment of high cold and anoxia and find out the harm degree of human function of zang-fu organs.as anoxia. Methods:The models of the body of super strong sport in particular high cold and anoxia were made and to observe the them and control group by the numbers with the inspection and instrument of facial diagnosis and compared with lab and microcirculation test. Results:The red purple and grayish purple appear 100% in experimental group when to observe long-distance and 91% close quarter but the matched control was 14% only.We observed three kinds of Chinese medicine diagnostic methods-facial colour,tongue and pulse diagnosis and compared each other but the facial colour was better than other two kinds of methods obviously above 30% becase quick and easily show. Conclusion:The anoxia has damage to human zang-fu organs but the fecial colour appears first therefore it is the best method that to observe facial colour in the environment of high cold and anoxia.Be worth studying further.
