摘　　要：针对堆焊生产对设备自动化要求的提高,提出了以ARM920T内核的S3C2440微处理器控制CO2气体保护焊机的自动堆焊系统,该控制系统包括硬件设计、软件设计等方面。硬件电路设计主要是以S3C2440芯片控制各方向步进电机带动焊枪移动,同时配备人机交互界面,操作简单。软件设计用C语言进行编程。软硬件结合,实现堆焊的自动控制和手动调节。系统运行证明,该系统操作方便,自动化程度高;堆焊过程连续,生产效率高,系统运行稳定。Be aimed at the improvement of the requirement in automation in production equipment. This paper designs the autematic welding system of CO2 gas-shield welding machine controled by the S3C2440 microprocessor which is the core of the arm920T. The control system discussed includes the design of the hardware and software. The hardware circuit design is primarily to control the stepper motor of all directions moving the welding gun a step promote by the chip of S3C2440. The system is equiped with the Man-machine interaction with interface as well which is simple to operate. The software design is programed in the C language. The combination of the hardware and software achieves the automatic control and manual adjustment of the welding. The practical operation shows that the system has convenience in operation, welding process of continuous, high reliability, good stability, high degree automatization, high efficiency, stable performance.
