手法整复闭合穿钉内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:评价采用手法整复闭合穿钉内固定治疗胫骨平台骨折的临床效果,探讨闭合性胫骨平台骨折复位固定方法。方法:对52例闭合性胫骨平台骨折病人采取手法复位、经皮骨栓或松质骨螺钉内固定方法治疗的临床资料进行分析总结。结果:52例闭合性胫骨平台骨折病人经随访1～2年,全部骨折病人都达骨性愈合,伤肢功能恢复好,疗效优43例,占82.69%,良7例,占13.46%,差2例,无一例发生骨不连或伤肢感染。结论:该治疗方法治疗胫骨平台骨折,手术操作简单,具有操作简单,损伤小,功能恢复好等优点。Objective：Evaluateing the clinical effects of treating tibia plateau fractures by manipulation closed nailing internal fixation,and discuss the fixation method of closed tibial plateau fractures.Methods：52 cases treated with manual reduction,percutaneous bone bolt or cancellous bone screw fixation,then analysis the clinical data.Results：52 cases with 1 to 2 years follow-up visit,all of them cured with good functional recovery of the injured limb,superior efficacy in 43 cases,account for 82.69%,good in 7 cases,account for 13.46,poor in 2 cases,no case of nonunion or injured limb infection.Conclusion：Treating tibial plateau fractures by this method,simple,few injuried,good functional recovery.
