平衡针灸联合祛寒舒颈中药包外敷治疗颈性颈椎病的临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察平衡针灸联合祛寒舒颈中药包外敷治疗颈型颈椎病的临床疗效。方法:选择已经确诊为颈型颈椎病的门诊病人与住院病人128例,随机分为两组,平衡针灸联合祛寒舒颈中药包外敷治疗组68例,普通针刺对照组60例,经过2周治疗后观察情况。结果:治疗组68例中治愈42例,好转25例,未愈1例,总有效率98.5%,近期临床治愈率、总有效率其明显优于普通针刺对照组(P<0.05)。结论:平衡针灸联合祛寒舒颈中药包外敷治疗神经根型颈椎病疗效显著,具有取穴少、疗效好、副作用小、安全价廉的特点,深受病人欢迎,便于基层推广。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating neck type of cervical spondylosis by balance acupuncture combined with Quhan Shu neck chinese medicine package appling in external.Methods：Selecting 128 cases of outpatient and inpatient with neck type of cervical spondylosis,randomly divided them into two groups,treatment group for 68 cases were treated with balance acupuncture combined with Quhan Shu neck chinese medicine package appling in external,while control group for 60 cases were treated with ordinary acup-uncture,observed the situation after 2 weeks.Results：Among 68 cases in control group,cured 42cases,improved 25 cases,valid in one cases,the total rate was 98.5%,recently the clinical cured rate and total rate were better than control group（P0.05）.Con-clusion：The effect of balance acupuncture combined with Quhan Shu neck chinese medicine package appling in external is obvious,whi-ch has the characteristic of acupoints less,good effect,less side effects and low-cost,welcomed by patients,easy to promote in grass-roots.
