中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病及对血浆ADM的影响

摘　　要：目的:中西医结合治疗糖尿病肾病及对血浆肾上腺髓质素(ADM)的影响。方法:65例糖尿病肾病患者随机分为治疗组35例和对照组30例,治疗组给予芪术汤口服配合西医常规治疗,对照组西医常规治疗,观察两组的综合疗效、中医症候积分、放射免疫分析法测定血浆ADM质量浓度,然后进行相关分析。结果:治疗组改善中医症候积分优于对照组,治疗前血浆ADM含量与症候积分呈正相关,治疗后血浆ADM质量浓度下降,治疗后两组的中医症候积分与ADM含量呈正相关。结论:糖尿病肾病中ADM参与了病理反应过程,并且是芪术汤治疗的现代基础。Objective：Treating diabetic nephropathy in the integrative medicine and the effect of plasma ADM.Methods：Randomly divided 65 cases into treatment group （n=35） and control group （n=30）,the treatment group treated with Qizhu decoction plus Western conventional therapy,while the control group treated with Western conventional therapy,observing the synthetic effect,TCM syndrome score,plasma ADM concentration,and analysis it.Results：The improvement of TCM syndrome score of treatment group was better than control group＇s,plasma ADM concentration had positive correlation to syndrome score before treating,after treating plasma ADM concentration declined and plasma ADM concentration had positive correlation to syndrome score still.Conclusion：ADM involved in the pathological asthma reaction of diabetic nephropathy and it was the morden treating basement of Qizhu decoction.
