参附注射液预冲管路在血液透析相关低血压中的应用

摘　　要：目的:探讨中成药"参附注射液"预冲管路治疗在血液透析相关低血压的临床疗效。方法:选取持续发生血液透析性低血压的36例维持性血透患者,18例治疗组,18例对照组,分别给参附注射液、生理盐水预冲液。结果:治疗组透析中低血压发作次数25/216(11.6%)低于对照组,干体重未达标率27/216(12.5%)低于对照组P<0.05,有统计学意义。对照组透析后血压明显低于治疗组透析后,P<0.05,有统计学意义。结论:对血液透析相关低血压的患者运用中成药"参附注射液"预冲管路,临床疗效确切,安全性高且简便易行。Objective：To explore the therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Shenfu Injection pre-rinsing pipeline to prevent and treat for intradialytic hypotension.Methods：Thirty-six cases intradialytic hypotension in maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group （18 cases） and the control group （18 cases）,the treatment group was shenfu injection prerinsing pipeline,while was 0.9%sodium chloride injection pre-rinsing pipeline.Results：The incidence of hypotension in treatment group was lower than control group （P0.05）,the difference was significative in statistics.The rate of reaching standard dry weight in the treatment group was 12.5%,the rate of reaching standard dry weight in the control group was 20.8%,（P0.05）,the difference was significative in statistics.after hemodialysis SBP and DBP of the control group （95.1±13.2/53.2±7.3mmHg） were lower than those of the treatment group,（P0.05）,the difference was significative in statistics.Conclusions：The therapeutic effect of Chinese medicine Shenfu injection prerinsing pipeline for intradialytic hypotension is effective and safe.
