摘　　要：黄芪作为扶正固本补益中气的中药,其多种成分具有免疫调节作用,尤以黄芪多糖免疫活性最强。黄芪通过影响非特异性免疫、细胞免疫、体液免疫发挥免疫调节作用。在系统性红斑狼疮治疗中,黄芪通过多途径的免疫调节,起到增加疗效、减轻糖皮质激素副作用及减少感染机会的作用。As replenishing vital essence of TCM in the gas,multiple components with immunomodulatory effects in astragalus,which was especially strongest in astragalus polysaccharide immune activity.Astragalus plays a role in immune regulation through affect non-specific immune,cell-mediated immunity and humoral immune.Astragalus could adjust immune through multiple pathways,serve to increase the efficacy,reduce the side effects of glucocorticoids and had opportunity to reduce the role of infection.
