生态型城市建设的碳金融支持机制研究

摘　　要：全球气候变暖问题日趋严重,城市化和工业化进程加快,对于建设生态型城市有迫切需求。但是中国生态型城市建设面临产业转型困难、生态技术落后、生态意识淡薄,法律法规滞后等问题,低碳生产、低碳建筑、低碳办公、低碳交通、低碳生活、低碳旅游、低碳教育等构成了有效的生态型城市建设模式。碳金融机制能够从碳金融业务、碳基金、碳金融工具、金融市场、金融机构等多方面支持中国生态型城市建设。As global warming is becoming a serious problem and progress of urbanization and industrialization accelerates,the construction of eco-city is urgently required.However,China＇s eco-city construction is faced with problems of industrial restructuring difficulties,eco-technology backwardness,ecological consciousness,laws and regulations lag and other issues.Low-carbon production,low-carbon buildings,low-carbon office,low-carbon transport,low-carbon life,low-carbon tourism,low-carbon education constitutes an effective low-carbon eco-city construction mode.Carbon finance mechanism can support eco-city construction from multiple perspectives such as finance operations,carbon funds,carbon financial instruments,financial markets,financial institutions and so on.
