企业用人导向下高校学生应具素质双向调查比较研究

摘　　要：随着大学生就业压力的加大,社会结构性失业比例的增加,将高校学生应具素质的研究视角从高校转向企业对于引导大学生成功就业具有重大意义。通过发放企业问卷和高校学生问卷,利用因子分析、综合评价法等统计学方法对调查数据进行比较研究,率先对企业用人导向下高校学生应具素质这一问题作出了回答。With the increasing employment pressure of university students and with growing proportion of society structural unemployment,transforming the research perspective of the university students＇ essential qualities from universities to corporations benefits a lot in helping students find jobs successfully.By dispensing questionnaires for students and enterprises,we use statistical methods such as factor analysis and comprehensive evaluation to compare and analyze the survey data,and finally answer the question of what kind of qualities we need to have to deal with the enterprises＇ recruit.
