纤维母细胞型脑膜瘤在弥散张量磁共振成像上的表现

摘　　要：目的探讨纤维母细胞型脑膜瘤在弥散张量磁共振成像(DTMRI)上的表现。方法对手术病理证实的2例纤维母细胞型脑膜瘤与20例其他亚型脑膜瘤患者的DTMRI表现进行对照分析。结果 2例纤维母细胞型脑膜瘤中,DTI纤维示踪图像1例表现为"花簇样",1例表现为"线团样"。20例其他亚型脑膜瘤DTI张量纤维示踪图像未见上述征象。结论脑膜瘤DTI纤维示踪图像显示的"花簇样""、线团样"表现,提示纤维母细胞型脑膜瘤的诊断。Objective To study the appearances of fibroblastic meningiomas on diffusion-tensor MR imaging（DT MRI）.Methods Two patients with surgically and pathologically proved fibroblastic meningioma underwent DT MRI and then their appearances on DT MRI were retrospectively analyzed and compared with those in 20 patients with other subtypes of meningiomas.Results On the fibre tracing images,fibroblastic meningioma in one case appeared as ＂flower-cluster＂ form,while that in other one case appeared as ＂coil-like＂.These signs were invisible in 20 patients with other subtypes of meningiomas.Conclusion ＂Flower-cluster＂ form and ＂coil-like＂ appearances seen on DT fibre tracing images were specific findings of fibroblastic meningioma,which may suggest the diagnosis of this disease.
