彩超检测双侧椎动脉血流总量诊断椎基底动脉供血不足的价值

摘　　要：目的应用彩色多普勒超声检测双侧椎动脉血流总量(S-BFV)为诊断椎基底动脉供血不足(VBI)提供可靠的量化依据。方法应用彩色多普勒超声检测VBI组51例,VBI伴颈动脉硬化组33例及健康对照组84例的S-BFV,均做配对t检验。结果 VBI组、VBI伴颈动脉硬化组与对照组的S-BFV有显著差异(P<0.001),但VBI组与VBI伴颈动脉硬化组之间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声检测S-BFV可作为VBI的量化诊断依据。Objective To assess the usefulness of color Doppler ultrasound（CDUS） in measuring the sum of blood flow volume（S-BFV） in bilateral vertebral arteries to diagnose vertebrobasilar insufficiency（VBI）.Methods Fifty-one patients with BVI and 33 patients with coexistence of VBI and carotid atherosclerosis underwent CDUS for measuring S-BFV.The values of S-BFV measured by CDUS in above two groups were statistically analyzed and compared with those of 84 healthy subjects as normal control group.Results The values of S-BFV between VBI group and control group or between VBI plus carotid atherosclerosis group and control group were statistic difference（P 〈0.001）,however,the values of S-BFV between VBI group and VBI plue carotid atherosclerosis group were not significant difference（P〉0.05）.Conclusion S-BFV measured by CDUS can be taken a quantitative evidence for diagnosing VBI.
