双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂超声波透入治疗原发性纤维肌痛综合征的初步疗效观察

摘　　要：目的 观察双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂超声波药物透入治疗纤维肌痛综合征的疗效.方法 将原发性纤维肌痛综合征患者48例随机分为口服药物平衡镇痛组（BA组）、口服药物平衡镇痛与双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂外用组（BA＋EADDE组）和口服药物平衡镇痛与双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂超声波透入组（BA＋UPDDE组）.治疗1月后进行视觉模拟评分（VAS）测痛,用有效率评价疗效.结果 BA组、BA＋EADDE组、BA＋UPDDE组有效例数分别为13/16例（81.2%）、15/16例（93.8%）、16/16（例100%）.口服药物平衡镇痛与双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂超声波透入组的治疗效果优于其他两组（P〈0.001）.结论 双氯芬酸二乙胺乳胶剂超声波透入治疗纤维肌痛综合征的效果良好.Objective To observe the efficacy of ultrasonophoresis with diclofenac diethylamine emulgel in the treatment of primary fibromyalgia syndrome. Method Forty-eight patients with primary fibromyalgia syndrome were randomly divided into three groups （n = 16）, including group BA that the patients were treated with oral drugs balanced analgesia, group BA＋ EADDE that the patients with oral drugs and external diclofenac diethylamine emulgel, group BA＋ UPDDE that the patients with oral drugs and ultrasonophoresis with diclofenac diethylamine emulgel. VAS was measured 1 month after the treatment, and the improvement was evaluated according to the efficacy. Result The efficacy of the group BA＋UPDDE was better than that of the two other groups （P〈 0. 001）. Conclusion Ultrasonophoresis with diclofenac diethylamine emulgel has definite efficacy in the treatment of primary fibromyalgia syndrome.
