摘　　要：目的评价三氧注射治疗儿童髋关节滑膜嵌顿症的临床疗效。方法经皮髋关节内注射三氧治疗儿童髋关节滑膜嵌顿症25例，行临床疗效回顾分析。结果25例治疗后3～7d，疼痛消失、髋关节活动正常，痊愈率100％。结论经皮髋关节内注射三氧治疗儿童髋关节滑膜嵌顿症，安全、经济、微创、有效。Objective To evaluate the effect of ozone injection on incarcerated synovitis of chiIdren＇s hip joint. Methods Twenty-five children with incarcerated synovitis were accepted percutaneous ozone injection into hip joint. Retrospective analysis was applied to evaluate the efficacy of this method. Results injection in 3 to 7 day The pain disappeared and the function of hip joint was normal after ozone All of the children was fully recovery. Conclusion The technique of percutaneous ozone injection treating for incarcerated synovitis of hip joint in children is a safe, economic, minimal invasive, and effective method.
