摘　　要：2011年3月10日12点58分,云南省盈江县发生了5.8级地震,造成25人死亡,314人受伤(其中重伤134人),直接经济损失23.8亿元。本文根据地震现场调查资料,阐述了地震受灾区的环境及其地质构造背景,分析了场地效应及断层效应,对震害特点进行了较为全面的分析总结。At 12：58 a.m.on March 10,2011,a MS5.8 earthquake hit Yingjiang,Yunnan province,which brought up 25 casualty,280,000 injuries,and 238,480 million RMB directly economic loss.Based on the site investigation data of the MS5.8 Yinjiang earthquake,we studied the tectonic background of the earthquake,and analyzed the damage characteristics of the earthquake stricken area.The fault effects and site effects are also analyzed in this paper,and suggestions of earthquake disaster mitigation are summarized.
