摘　　要：目的:观察口服非那雄胺对男性雄激素性秃发患者性功能的影响。方法:用药前及用药后不同时段,应用国际勃起功能指数5项(IIEF-5)和男性性欲量表4项(MSF-4)问卷调查表对患者进行性功能评估。结果:IIEF-5和MSF-4两种表格之间结果没有统计学差异。口服非那雄胺治疗后2个月,129例患者中有11例(8.53%)出现性功能评分减退,IIEF-5平均总分较用药前减低;用药后4个月,IIEF-5总分分值降至谷底;继续用药后,性功能评分减退的发生率明显减少,IIEF-5总分逐渐恢复,治疗9个月后,IIEF-5平均总分恢复到与治疗前相似的水平。结论:用药后少数患者出现性功能减退,但随着用药时间的延长可以逐渐耐受并恢复。Objective： To observe the effect of finasteride on the sexual function in male androgenic alopecia （AGA）. Methods： International Index of Erectile Function 5 items （IIEF-5） and Male Sexual Function 4 items （MSF-4） were applied for assessing the sexual function. Results： One hundred and twenty-nine male AGA patients were treated with finasteride, 2 months after treatment the IIEF-5 score of 11 cases（8.53%） decreased ,and 4 months after treatment the score decreased to the lowest value. However, the IIEF-5 score gradually increased with the continuation of treatment, 9 months after treatment the IIEF-5 score reached approximately to the same level before the treatment. There was no statistic difference between the scores of IIEF-5 and MSF-4. Conclusion： Finasteride has suppressive effect on the male sexual potency which could be tolerated and recovered with prolonged medication.
