低氯对雄性自发性高血压大鼠肠系膜动脉血管反应性改变的影响

摘  要:目的:探讨低氯状态下雄性自发性高血压大鼠(spontaneously hypertensive rats,SHR)肠系膜动脉收缩功能的改变及其机制。方法:取11~12周龄的雄性Wistar大鼠(MW组)和雄性SHR(MS组)的肠系膜动脉1~2级分支进行离体血管环实验,分别观察在常氯溶液和低氯溶液状态下,苯肾上腺素(penylephrine,PE)、咖啡因(caffeine,Caf)和高钾溶液对血管环张力的影响。结果:与MW组相比较,MS组的肠系膜动脉环对PE、高钾溶液的收缩反应显著加强,其剂量-反应曲线均明显向左上移位;MS组对Caf的收缩反应也显著加强。细胞外低氯状态可使MS组肠系膜动脉对这些缩血管物质的最大收缩反应进一步增强。结论:氯离子可能参与高血压大鼠血管反应性的改变。Objective: To observe the changes of mesenteric artery vasoconstriction function in male spontaneously hypertensive rats(SHR)treated with low concentration of chloride solution.Methods: From 11-12-week-old male Wistar rats and SHR,the branch of mesenteric resistance arteries were isolated and the contractile responses of artery rings were evaluated.The contraction of isolated mesenteric arterial segments in physiological saline solution induced by PE,Caffine and high-KCl solution was compared to the change after pretreatment with the low chloride solution.Results: The vascular contractile responses induced by PE,caffine and high-KCl solution were markedly enhanced in MS groups compared with MW groups.After pretreatment in low Cl-solution,the vascular max contractile responses induced by PE,caffine and high-KCl were markedly enhanced in MS groups compared with MW groups compared to the change of physiological saline solution.Conclusion: The alterations in vasoreactivity of mesenteric arteries of SHR may be connected with chloride ions.
