摘　　要：目的探讨应用双钢板内固定结合植骨填充骨缺损治疗桡骨远端C型骨折的临床疗效。方法对54例闭合性不稳定性桡骨远端骨折患者行桡骨远端解剖钢板恢复桡骨远端解剖结构、微型钢板固定桡骨远端分离骨块,加同种异体骨植骨填充骨缺损治疗。结果患者均获随访,时间12-18个月。植骨均融合良好,无骨不连发生。按ADL腕关节功能评定标准进行评估：优36例,良12例,可4例,差2例,优良率为88.8%。结论对于不稳定的桡骨远端C型骨折,双钢板内固定结合植骨填充骨缺损疗效较好。Objective To explore the curative effect of open reduction with two plate internal fixation and bone allograft for type-C fracture of the distal radius.Methods 54 patients with type-C fracture of the distal radius were treated with anatomy plate to recover the anatomy structure,and miniature plate to fix the fracture of styloid process,and bone allograft was applied to fill the deficiency.Results All the patients were followed up for 1 to 1.5 years.The fusion of bone allograft were good,no bone nonunion was found.According ADL standard of wrist joint.36 wrists achieved excellent results,12 good,4 fair,and 2 poor,and the excellent and good rate was 88.8%.Conclusions According to type-C fracture of the distal radius,the two plate internal fixation and bone allograft can provide good effect.
