摘 要:目的利用经过验证的踝关节模型研究前抽屉试验检测踝关节外侧韧带损伤的机制。方法应用MR I扫描1个健康人的踝关节,利用M IM ICS及ANSYS建立踝关节模型。验证模型正确性后,在踝关节不同屈曲角度下行前抽屉试验,观察距骨前移距离及踝关节周围主要韧带应力的变化规律。结果踝关节中立位时距骨前移距离较大,前向拉力较小时距骨前移增加更明显。结论踝关节处于跖屈位时,利用较小的前向拉力检测距腓前韧带断裂最为敏感。Objective To devise a validated nonlinear 3D mathematical model of the anterior drawer test to calculate the forces in ligaments and the kinematics of talus and calcaneus.Methods MRI was used to obtain the configuration of a normal ankle.With the software of MIMICS and ANSYS,3D model of the ankle was built.At different position of the ankle,the anterior drawer test was performed and the anterior translation of the talus was recorded.Results The highest laxity of the ankle was detected in the neutral position.The anterior translation of the talus was more obvious under low load.Conclusions The test performed in plantar flexion position with low anterior force is more sensitive for detecting the anterior talofibular ligament tear in comparison with the one performed in neutral position with high load.
