摘  要:由于受构造的影响,凤凰山地区地层破碎强烈、结构松散且胶结性差,导致成孔、护壁难度较大。该区地层中存在多层厚度不等的硅质板岩和长石石英岩,硅质含量高,结构致密坚硬且研磨性弱,属于典型的坚硬"打滑"地层。同时,地层中还存在多层不稳定的碳质板岩,遇水松散,孔壁极不稳定,造成钻探施工难度大。通过多次的施工实践,采用套管护壁,合理选择和修磨金刚石钻头,应用PAB无固相冲洗液护壁等技术工艺,成功解决了钻进难题,值得同类矿区借鉴。Due to the impact of structure,the stratum in Phoenix mountain is strongly broken,loose and of poor cementation,this cause difficult for into the hole and protect wall.Through research,we find that there are multi-layers siliceous slate and feldspar quartzite of uniform thickness in the area.The layers,which have high silica content,dense hard structure weakly abrasive,are typical hard slip layers.Meanwhile,the formation of instability still exist in multi-carbonaceous slate,water loose,unstable hole wall,these cause difficult for drilling construction.Through multiple construction practice,we finally resolve the drilling problem by using casing wall,reasonably choicing and grinding diamond bit,and using the technical process of solid-free fluid PAB wall.It is worth application for similar mine.
