高效浊环水系统在棒材线上的研究与应用

摘　　要：通过对原浊环冷却水系统存在的问题分析，对成材车间浊环冷却水系统进行适应性设计改造。新系统更新了水泵、新增了化学除油器、压滤机、渣浆泵，改造了冷却塔等。通过改造，有效地改善了浊环水水质，降低了备件消耗，保证了车间高效、连续、稳定生产。同时完全实现了冷却水循环利用和零排放，达到了预期设计目标。Through analyzing the problems existing in original turbid circulating cooling water system, the adaptive design and improvement of turbid circulating cooling water was carried out. In the new system, the water pump was changed, the chemical oil remover, filter, slurry pump were added, the cooling tower was reformed. Through the improvement, the quality of wastewater was effectively improved and the consumption of spare parts was decreased, ensuring the high-efficiency, continuous and steady production, realizing the circulation utilization and no emission of cooling water at the same time, achieving all that design goals we expected.
