摘　　要：房地产估价制度和房地产估价师执业资格考试制度的确立,极大的促进了房地产估价学科的发展,也使房地产估价课程成为房地产、物业管理等专业的重要课程。本文围绕房地产估价课程教学的特点,以及教学过程中存在的问题展开论述,重点就教学方法的运用进行了研究和剖析。It promoted the development of real estate valuation that Real estate appraisal system and the real estate appraiser licensing examination system were established.At the same time,the Real estate appraisal course became the main course of some majors,such as the Real Estate Appraisal,the Property Management etc.This article discussed on the teaching characters,the teaching goals and the problems in teaching process,and also analyzed the use of teaching methods.
