军品验收应用项目管理的初探

摘　　要：项目管理是20世纪50年代为了适应实施和管理大型项目的需要而发展起来的一门学科和管理方法。把项目管理方法引入军品验收，应调整组织架构，成立项目管理中心，做好围绕项目管理进行全面培训，以质量为重点运营项目化管理，建立现代项目管理考核指标评价体系等。本文旨在探讨项目管理在军品验收中的实施办法。Project management is a subject and management method which is developed in the fifties of twenty century to meet the demand of implementing and managing large projects.In order to bring the project management method into examination and acceptance for military products ,organization for it should be reformed ,a project management center should be established ,and training around the project management should be thoroughly carried out ,and project management should be run with emphasizing on quality ,and an assess evaluation system for the modem project management should be set up,etc .The article is for the purpose of exploding the implementation method for the military products in project management.
