基于循环经济的农村生态文明科学发展研究

摘　　要：分析了农村生态文明的发展要求以及农业循环经济的重要环节,指出推行循环经济是改善农村生态环境、实现农村生态文明发展的必然选择。对此,提出了构建符合中国特色的农业循环经济体系、转变农村传统生活方式、实现农村的生态化、完善生态文明建设机制等农村生态文明科学发展途径。Circular economy is actually a kind of ecological economy. To guide the change of rural production, living and consumption patterns by circular economy thinking is an important part of implementing circular economy development model and realizing the development of rural ecological civilization. This paper analyzes the development requirements of rural ecological civilization, as well as the important section of agricultural circulation economy; points out that the implementation of circular economy is the inevitable choice to improve the rural ecological environment and realize the scientific development of rural ecological civilization; accordingly, the scientific ways of rural ecological civilization＇s development are proposed which include structuring the agricultural circular economy system complying with Chinese characteristics, promoting agricultural technology innovation system, changing the traditional rural lifestyle, realizing the rural ecological, and improving the construction mechanism of ecological civilization and etc.
