摘　　要：目的总结分析招飞体检时因医学问题淘汰的特点,为今后招收军事飞行学员体检选拔提供有效的理论依据。方法所有受检学生均进行全面的常规医学评价,包括:外科、皮肤科、内科、神经精神科、眼科、耳鼻咽喉科、口腔科、检验科、放射科、超声诊断科、心电图、脑电图检查。对怀疑有异常者进行相关部位的CT、MRI或其他特殊检查等。结果 2010年国内应届高中毕业生体检复查验收因医学原因淘汰329例。其中外科44例,包括皮肤科14例;内科38例;神经精神科6例;眼科104例;耳鼻咽喉科49例,包括口腔科4例;检验科5例;放射科32例;超声诊断科38例;心电图15例。结论视力、鼻中隔偏曲、脊柱异常、高或低血压等问题是招飞体检突出的医学问题,建议给予重点关注。Objective To analyze the characteristics of weeding out of military flying cadets due to medical problems, so to provide an effective theoretical basis for future selection and recruitment of military flying cadets. Methods All candidates accepted a comprehensive routine medical evaluation, including evaluation by Department of Surgery, Department of Dermatology,Department of Internal Medicine, Department of Neurology and Psychiatry, Department of Ophthalmology, Department of Otolaryngology, Department of Stomatology, Department ofLaboratory, Department of Radiology, Department of Ultrasonic Diagnosis, ECG and EEG examination, and CT, MRI or other special examination for the related parts with suspectedabnormalities. Results In 2010, 329 national high school graduates were weeded out for medical reasons in physical examination for flying cadets recruitment. Among them, 44 cases wereweeded out by Department of Surgery, including 14 cases by Department of Dermatology, 38 cases by Department of Internal Medicine, 6 cases by Department of Neurology and Psychiatry,104 cases by Department of Ophthalmology, 49 cases by Department of Otolaryngology, including 4 cases by Department of Stomatology, 5 cases by Department of Laboratory, 32 casesby Department of Radiology, 38 cases by Department of Ultrasonic Diagnosis, 15 cases by ECG examination. Conclusion Vision, nasal septum deviation, spinal abnormalities, hypertension,hypotension and other issues are outstanding medical problems for cadet candidates, which should be paid great attention to.
