摘　　要：形成比较完善的全民健身体系,是体育事业发展和全面建设小康社会的奋斗目标。通过分析,提出在大力推进和谐社会与社会主义新农村建设中,如何构建农村全民健身体系,发展农村全民健身事业。Forming comparatively perfect national fitness system is the target which builds a well - off society in an all -round way and develops sports undertakings. Through analysis, this paperputs forward how to structure rural area nationwide body - building system and develop rural area the whole people body - building undertakings in harmonious society and the rural construction.
