摘　　要：On June 15^th, the 300-MW phase I project of Sichuan Shuangliu Thin Film Solar Cell Production Base--the largest thin film solar cell production base in China--was completed construction and placed into operation. This base was invested in and built by the Hanergy Holding Group, a private Chinese power generator.
