摘　　要：河洛文化是指产生在河洛地区的区域性文化,是这一区域的劳动人民所创造的物质文明和精神文明的总和,记载了现实生活的世俗场景,也展现了中国古代体育文化的深厚底蕴,挖掘它对我国体育的平衡发展有积极的作用。He - Luo culture refers to the regional culture originated from He - Luo area and the sum total of material civilization and spiritual civilization created by the working people in the area. It recorded the secular scenes of real life and revealed the profound foundation of ancient Chinese sports culture. The research on the He - Luo culture has positive effect on the balanced development of sports in China.
